Security Capabilities and Policy for Transmission of Payment Card Details
At Kizuna Collective, we take the security of our event participants' payment card details very seriously. We have implemented a number of security measures and policies to ensure that all transactions are processed securely and to protect against the risk of fraud.
Security Capabilities
Our website is secured with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, which means that all communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted.
We use Stripe, a leading payment processor, to handle all invoices and transactions. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest level of certification available. This means that Stripe has implemented a number of security measures to protect against the risk of fraud, including:

Encryption of all card data
Regular security audits and penetration testing
Two-factor authentication for all employees with access to sensitive data
Segmentation of network infrastructure to limit access to sensitive data
Compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS)

In addition to Stripe's security measures, we also have our own policies and procedures in place to ensure the security of payment card data. These include:

Regular training on data security best practices
Strict access controls and monitoring of access to sensitive data
Regular reviews of our security policies and procedures to ensure that they are up-to-date and effective
Policy for Transmission of Payment Card Details
All payment card data is transmitted securely to Stripe using SSL encryption. Stripe then processes the payment and returns a token to us, which we use to identify the transaction. We do not store any payment card data on our servers.
If you have any questions or concerns about our security capabilities or policy for the transmission of payment card details, please contact us at kizunacollectivetokyo@gmail.com
